This is the most expensive Netflix project ever made in Latin America, with the participation of Colombian groups and indigenous people. communities constructing the props and sets for the series. I read this novel in 2018. After finishing it, I looked for a movie or series based on this novel and I found nothing, which surprised me. Marquez created an entire world with great skill, wonderful characters and events that will be remembered forever. As for the series, what a series! Often, when a movie or series is adapted from a novel, the novel is much better, with the exception of a few works. And this series certainly managed to adapt the novel correctly and bring this wonderful world to the small screen. For those on the fence about watching this series, trust me, there’s nothing more important than watching a series to pass the time.. “One Hundred Years of Solitude” is one of the biggest TV and streaming releases of the month.
