In 1900s San Francisco, a white woman is murdered in Chinatown, and a Chinese man is the suspect. The murder causes a social shock, and the community calls for a ban on Chinatown. Chinese doctors QIN FU (LIU Haoran) and Chinese Ah Gui (WANG Baoqiang) are involved in the case, who race against time to find the murderer in a battle of wits and courage.
